We took Jacob to the Dr. today because it's been 3 weeks of congestion for our little one. Poor guy has trouble breathing at night. But that's not stopping him from eating! He weighs over 17 lbs. The Dr. was pleased and said that Jacob has plenty of 'reserves' in case he gets sick and doesn't eat for a week. He has no worries that by 1 year old Jacob will weigh at least the average weight of 22 lbs! Jacob is wearing 9 month clothes and I honestly don't know how much longer they are going to fit because he's growing so fast. He's at least 24.5" long.

Happy in his swing.Jacob makes lots of sounds and smiles a lot. He loves when daddy sings to him, especially "Las Mananitas" (birthday song in Spanish), and he tries to join in the singing.
