He kicked me!

Last night when we laid down for bed, I felt the baby kicking again. So, I told Manuel to listen for the baby. He put his left ear on my tummy and a few seconds later he felt a kick to his cheek! Now we're both feeling the baby! I'm 21 weeks and the movement has been more frequent over the past week, not only at night when I lay down but also occasionally during the day.

This past weekend, I turned 33 years old! Elsa made a great chicken fajita dinner for the family to celebrate Sonia and my birthdays. And Socorro made three cakes. I of course felt obligated to eat a piece of each one, so needless to say I was stuffed after my birthday feast.

We're packing up for our week vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We leave on Friday morning. It will be our last vacation as just a couple for a LONG time. We're looking forward to relaxing together and of course to future vacations with our baby boy.
